Enterprise AI Data Guarantee: Supersite enforces strict single-tenant data isolation. Your project blueprints, CAD files, structural calculations, photos, and voice notes are never shared with third parties and are never used to train public or multi-tenant machine learning models.

1. Information We Ingest

We process the following categories of field and organizational data:

Project metadata: locations, milestone schedules, WBS activities, contract line-item rates.
Field multimedia: voice audio recordings, inspection photos, batching plant delivery challans.
User telemetry: authorized mobile device identifiers, GPS coordinates for geotagging verification.

2. Purpose of Machine Learning Processing

Uploaded audio memos and photos are processed through specialized domain models exclusively to generate Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), cross-reference material challans, extract contract terms, and draft RFIs for your authorized organization. Customer data is processed within isolated VPC instances.

3. Security & Encryption Standards

All communications and field assets are protected using TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Enterprise customers may elect to hold their own KMS customer-managed keys (CMK) or deploy inside private AWS GovCloud environments.
